Extensive House Refurbishment , Boughton-under-Blean, Kent
We were employed to carry out an extensive refurbishment to this existing property which is to be carried out in phases. The first phase of the project is now complete and included the full refurbishment of the ground floor.
The main ground floor kitchen, dining, and living area were all opened up to create an open plan family area with large sliding doors that allow this space to open up directly on to the secluded garden. A large roof lantern was also installed to help the natural light penetrate deeper into the space and provide high levels of natural daylight. To complete the look, a brand new kitchen with feature lighting was installed, complimented with a timber-effect floor finish thought the ground floor areas.
Phase 2 looks to provide bi-fold doors and a balcony to the front of the property, as well as timber cladding to the upper half of the façade and replacement windows and doors throughout.
