A residential development of 33 units consisting of a mix of apartment blocks and housing for private sale.
The design focuses on improving the local and surrounding context by lifting the existing street scene and providing a sense of place, taking in to account the surrounding context and addressing the adjacent streets. A 3-storey apartment block sits on the corner of junction and provides a landmark building and focus when approached for all directions. The street scene in both directions diminishes to 2-storey houses with a mixture of 2, 3 & 4 bed properties, along with a variety of detached, semi-detached and terraces houses.
