Conversion of a teaching block in Cranbrook

The project at Dulwich Cranbrook (school) involved an ambitious refurbishment of an somewhat dated teaching block (1990’s), which will eventually allow for the expansion of the school to include Years 9, 10 and 11 in the coming years, where the school can offer an ‘academically ambitious, co-educational day school from Nursery through to GCSE.’

The project involved the creation of a centre piece pupil café leading out on to the beautiful gardens of a Grade 2* and Grade 2 Listed Buildings.

The scheme also features some very unique breakout spaces for pupils to read and relax in, as well as an area for science debating. All of the form rooms were upgraded across two floors, including the creation of a new practical science and prep room.
